The video shows the two men being put in cuffs, with onlookers shouting in disbelief. "The whole thing, we just wish it didn't happen".

The Facebook post has been shared more than 16,000 times and viewed more than 424,000 times on the social media platform and is also spreading on Twitter. When they sat down, the police were called. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross defended his officers' actions in a statement on Facebook, saying that the officers were called to respond to a trespassing complaint and that they behaved properly and followed procedure.

The man filming saw a white man leave the restroom and asked if he had made a purchase.

Speaking to TMZ, T.I. urged people not to patronize the famous coffee brand after footage showed two men being arrested despite claiming they did nothing wrong.
